档案资源的开发利用是档案工作的重中之重。开发利用档案资源,要从思想认识上转变观念,制度建设上健全机制,服务内容上拓展领域,把档案服务推向市场,为社会提供悠闲的场所。在提供利用上搞好创新服务,缩短档案与社会的“距离”。在人员管理上培养和造就一支复合型档案干部队伍。加强对现代化档案技术设备及管理模式的应用,加快实现档案信息资料快速准确检索,等等。在此笔者仅就如何快速有效开发馆藏档案资源,谈几点粗浅的看法。
