On October 24, the Central Network Information Office held a forum on learning and propagandizing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and promoting the rule of law in cyberspace in an all-round way. Vice Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, Director of the Central Network Information Office and Director of the State Information Office Lu Wei attended the forum and made speeches.
