从宣武门地铁出来,不一会儿便到了庄胜广场:十年前,当这里还是一片低矮的平房时,庄胜集团来到了这里。从那时起,通过彻底改造宣武门形象来做活整个“庄胜城”项目,带动区域经济的发展就成为庄胜努力的目标。光阴似箭、十年一瞬,由于庄胜集团的直接参与开发,宣武门地区破旧落后的面貌得以改变,成为房地产市场的旺地。1997
