This paper reports the ultrastructural features of intrahepatic egg granuloma and hepatic parenchymal lesions in hamster infected with H. parasuis and compared the ultrastructural morphology of schistosoma and Plasmodium pigment in hamsters infected with P. falciparum. The authors used Syrian hamster interspersed with 35, 75 or 175 interspersed cercariae of Schistosoma japonicum. After 70 days, the hamster liver was perfused with glutaraldehyde. Another two hamsters inoculated about 150,000 of each mouse Plasmodium, 20 days after the same with glutaraldehyde perfusion of the liver.
