近几年来,上海市水利系统逐步把水利工作的重点转移到管理上来,充分发挥现有工程的效益。为总结这几年水利管理工作的经验,进一步提高管理水平,上海市水利局于去年十一月十九日至二十日在崇明县召开了上海市水利工程管理技术经验交流表彰大会。参加会议的有市郊十个县水利局及县的水闸和海塘管理所的代表,并邀请了水利工程管理华东情报网分中心、江苏省水利厅和太湖流域管理局的代表,崇明县政府的领导以及市局有关处室的代表共一百三十余人。
In recent years, Shanghai’s water conservancy system has gradually shifted the focus of water conservancy work to management and has given full play to the benefits of existing projects.
