目的 :了解我院口服降糖药的药物利用情况。方法 :查阅我院 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年药品销售和 2 0 0 3年我院门诊药房的全部处方 ,对口服降糖药的用药品种、药物利用、联合用药情况及其合理性进行分析。结果 :2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年我院口服降糖药的DDDs呈现逐年上升 ,其中格列齐特、甲苯磺丁脲、二甲双胍位居前列 ;促胰岛素分泌药销售金额和DDDs均位于第一位 ;DUI基本合理。结论 :本次调研结果符合糖尿病发展和用药趋势 ,用药基本合理。
Objective: To understand the drug utilization of oral hypoglycemic agents in our hospital. Methods: To review the prescriptions of drugs in our hospital from 2001 to 2003 and the prescriptions of outpatient pharmacies in our hospital in 2003, and to study the variety, drug utilization and combination of oral hypoglycemic drugs and its rationality Analyze.
