在《关于改革和发展成人教育的决定》发表10周年之际,本市成人教育工作者举行“迎接新世纪成人教育研讨会”。与会者回顾了在《决定》精神指引下成人教育的发展历程,对跨世纪成人教育的发展思路进行了探讨,决心继续发扬《决定》关于成人教育“一要改革二要发展”的精神,全面发挥成人教育的多种功能,以新的业绩迎接21世纪的到来。国家教委成教司司长黄尧、市教委副主任薛喜民到会并作了讲话。
