扎赉诺尔煤业公司工会在煤业公司党委和上级工会的领导下,紧紧围绕企业“三步走”发展战略奋斗目标,积极推行民主管理、民主参与、民主监督制度,充分调动广大职工的积极性,大力开展具有自身特色的“工运杯”竞赛活动,逐步建立起适应社会主义市场经济要求的工会工作运行机制和工作格局。1998年10月,在中国工会第十三次代表大会上被命名为“全国模范职工之家”称号。今年9月份,扎赉诺尔煤业公司灵泉矿工会在中国工会十四大又被评为“全国模范职工之家”。
