受矿井开采深度的增加、大型机械设备的大量使用及其它热源的影响,深井矿山井下环境温度升高,作业环境恶化,已经严重影响井下作业人员的身体健康和安全生产。在分析矿井围岩、机电设备、含硫矿物氧化、井下热水等热源及其散热影响因子的基础上,总结了优化矿井通风系统和调控风流等的通风降温的效果,研究表明,加强通风有利于热量的散发;应用矿用空气幕引射风流增加中段作业面风量,能有效降低风温1~2℃;通风降温可以作为矿井作业环境降温的重要措施。
Due to the increase of mine exploitation depth, the large-scale use of large-scale machinery and equipment and other heat sources, the temperature in the underground mine in deep mine is increased and the working environment is deteriorating, which has seriously affected the health and safety production of downhole workers. Based on the analysis of heat sources such as surrounding rock, mechanical and electrical equipment, oxidation of sulfurous minerals and downhole hot water and the heat dissipation factors, the paper summarizes the effect of ventilation and cooling in optimizing mine ventilation system and regulating wind flow. The results show that ventilation Which is conducive to the distribution of heat; the application of air curtain to mine air curtain increases the air volume in the middle section of working face, which can effectively reduce the air temperature by 1 ~ 2 ℃; ventilation and cooling can be taken as an important measure to cool down the working environment of mine.
