目的 :探讨茵栀黄注射液和促肝细胞生长素联合人工肝 (血浆置换法 )治疗重型肝炎的疗效。方法 :3 9例重型肝炎患者在内科治疗基础上 ,给予茵栀黄注射液和促肝细胞生长素联合血浆置换法治疗 71例次。结果 :经联合治疗后 ,住院存活率为 69 2 9% ( 2 7/3 9)较对照组 41 12 % ( 2 1/5 1)明显提高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :中西药联合人工肝 (血浆置换法 )治疗可明显提高早、中期重型病毒性肝炎的住院存活率 ,是一种安全、有效的治疗方法 ,宜在内科综合治疗基础上早期施行。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of Yinzhihuang injection and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor combined with artificial liver (plasma exchange method) in the treatment of severe hepatitis. Methods: Ninety-nine patients with severe hepatitis were treated with Yinzhihuang injection and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor in combination with plasma exchange on the basis of medical treatment. Results: After the combination therapy, the survival rate in hospital was 69 2 9% (2 7/3 9), which was significantly higher than 41 12% (2 1/5 1) in the control group (P 0 01). CONCLUSION: The combination of TCM and WM plus artificial liver (plasmapheresis) treatment can significantly improve the hospital survival rate of early and mid-term severe viral hepatitis. It is a safe and effective treatment and should be administered early on the basis of comprehensive medical treatment.
