本文运用正交设计法对红灯2L1410收录机放音均衡电路进行了参数设计。为满足录音机的一致性要求和磁带放音的互换性要求,必须对放音均衡电路的各种参数进行严格设计。在参数设计中,有效地将正交设计法与CAD技术相结合,并对电路稳定性分析做了适当的改进,以减少大量的计算。经过参数设计,电路的放音频率补偿特性达到了较好的稳定性和一致性。从而表明,电路参数没计是提高电子产品性能的一种有效的优化方法,也是提高产品质量的重要环节,值得推广应用。
In this paper, using orthogonal design method of red light 2L1410 tape player playback equalization circuit parameters were designed. In order to meet the consistency requirements of tape recorders and tape playback compatibility requirements, the parameters of playback equalization circuit must be strictly designed. In the parameter design, the orthogonal design method is effectively combined with the CAD technology, and the circuit stability analysis has been properly improved to reduce a large number of calculations. After parameter design, the circuit’s playback frequency compensation characteristics achieve better stability and consistency. This shows that the circuit parameters are not considered to improve the performance of electronic products is an effective optimization method, but also to improve product quality is an important part, it is worth promoting the application.
