采取国际上惯用于确定基准价格的等热值法来计算中美两国铀资源产品的合理价格,然后将其与国际市场上的现货价格进行比较。研究发现,中国的铀资源产品价格高于美国和世界市场,这表明在能源替代及等热值等价的视角下,现阶段中国适宜购进铀资源产品;而就发电效率而言,中国主要化石能源的发电成本高于美国与世界平均成本,说明中国发展核电较世界其他国家是具有比较优势的。最后建议铀矿资源产品的定价改革要考虑到铀资源的稀缺性,根据其他替代能源的价格及消费结构来对其进行定价。
The isothermal calorific value method, which is used internationally to determine the benchmark price, is used to calculate the reasonable price of uranium resource products in China and the United States and then compare it with the spot price in the international market. The study finds that the prices of uranium resources in China are higher than those in the United States and the rest of the world. This shows that China is fit for uranium resources products at this stage under the perspective of energy substitution and equal calorific value equivalence. This shows that China’s development of nuclear power has comparative advantages over other countries in the world. Finally, it is suggested that the pricing reform of uranium resource products should take into account the scarcity of uranium resources and price them according to the price and consumption structure of other alternative energy sources.
