为探讨不同性质脑血管病患者体内血小板活化状态,采用酶联免疫吸附法对82例脑血管病患者血浆α-颗粒膜蛋白-140(GMP-140)含量进行了测定。结果显示:脑梗死和脑出血患者急性期血浆GMP-140含量明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001,P<0.01)。恢复期上述指标脑出血和脑梗死组均明显下降(P<0.01),但脑梗死组仍高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明:脑出血和脑梗死患者体内均存在血小板活化亢进。GMP-140含量的检测不仅对脑血管病的发病机制和治疗提供了理论根据,而且对观察病情演变、判断预后均有重要的临床意义。
To investigate the activation of platelet in patients with cerebrovascular disease of different properties in vivo, the content of plasma α-granule membrane protein-140 (GMP-140) in 82 patients with cerebrovascular disease was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that the levels of plasma GMP-140 in patients with acute cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.001, P <0.01). During the convalescent period, the indexes of cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction were significantly decreased (P <0.01), but the levels in cerebral infarction group were still higher than those in normal control group (P <0.05). The results showed that both platelet activation and hyperactivity were present in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. The detection of GMP-140 not only provides a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease, but also has important clinical significance for observing the evolution of the disease and judging the prognosis.
