In Germany, Dracaena loureiri is a commonly used drug for the treatment of infectious and gastrointestinal diseases. It is a search for estrogenic agonists from natural plants and screening of the active ingredients of rock brown. It has previously been reported that 3 kinds of high isoflavones and 4 kinds of inverted dihydrochalcone, including compounds (3, 4), were isolated and identified from the stems of the brown rock, and 8 derivatives of the flavonoid compounds were also isolated. This article continues the study of rock brown, which has been separated from its stem methanolic extract (which shows significant estrogen agonistic effect) into two new inverted dihydrochalcone (1, 2) and 3 compounds. Known isoflavones (5, 6, 7). According to NMR and MS spectrometry, compounds were identified
