一、新形势下司法工作的新任务三十多年来中国人民在毛主席和中国共产党的英明领导下,英勇奋斗,流血牺牲,战胜了国内外敌人,推翻了国民党反动派的统治,建立起人民民主专政的国家。斯大林说:『资产阶级革命通常是以夺取政权来完成的,而对于无产阶级革命夺取政权却只是无产阶级革命的开始。』毛主席说:『夺取全国胜利这只是万里长征走完了第一步。』『我们不但善于破坏一个旧世界,我们还将善于建设一个新世界』这一切教示,都说明了人民革命与资产阶级革命不同的特点,说明了取得政权只是人民革命的开始,说明了今后人民的建设事业是一件更艰巨、更伟大、更加光辉灿烂的事业。过去三年多我陕西省各级人民法院和人民法庭,在机构不健全,干部力量不足等困难条件下,共处理了十万零四千二百八十余案。从司法工作方面保证了剿匪、反霸、土地改革、镇压反革命、「三反」「五反」等各项运动的顺利进行,有效的打击了敌人,保证了人民利益,巩固了人民民主专政。并在上述各项运动特别是在司法改革运动中,进行了组织整顿和思想改造,对残存的旧法观点和旧司法作风,给了有效的打击,在干部思想中基本上划清了新旧法律的原则界限,从而培养了一批干部,提高了干部与群众对司法工作的认识和法治观念。现在我们国家各种巨大的社会政
