沈阳南湖科技开发区创建于1988年5月,1991年3月被国务院首批批准为国家级高新技术产业开发区,是国家科委和国家体改委确定的全国五个综合改革试验区之一。经过八年多的建设,开发区取得了长足发展,每年都有数百项高新技术成果及百余家外商投资企业在这里诞生,其主要经济指标和综合实力在全国52个国家级科技开发区中名列前茅。现已成为辽沈地区发展高新技术产业的基地和对外开放的窗口,外商投资的热点,与世界经济技术接轨的先行区之一。
Shenyang Nanhu Science and Technology Development Zone was founded in May 1988 and was first approved by the State Council in March 1991 as a state-level high-tech industrial development zone. It is one of five comprehensive reform pilot zones set by the State Science and Technology Commission and the State Commission of Economic Restructuring . After more than eight years of construction, the development zone has made great strides. Hundreds of high-tech achievements and over one hundred foreign-funded enterprises have been born here every year. Its major economic indicators and overall strength are among 52 national science and technology development zones Among the best. Now it has become a base for opening up high-tech industries and a window open to the outside world in Liaoshen area. It is one of the hot spots for foreign investment and the forerunner of integrating with the world’s economy and technology.
