一、前言我国现用结构钢大部是镍铬合金钢,特别是风动工具零件几乎80%以上都是镍铬钢或铬钢,由于国家资源情况所限,需要寻求节约镍和铬的合金钢种。根据这种情况,沈阳风动工具厂与本溪钢厂签订了锰钼钢试验协议,这次试验主要是针对风动工具零件,所以一些试验条件都采用接近于风动工具零件的工艺。这次试验是由本溪钢厂与沈阳风动工具厂分头进行的,也有小部分试验是重复的。
