(一)党的工作根本方法是群众路线,执行这个根本路线的方法就在于通过说服教育,对群众进行广泛而深入的宣传。因此,党的每一项宣传工作必须要求具备两个基本特性,这就是高度的思想性和高度的群众性,其具体表现方式就是通俗化和群众化。二年以来,中南全区党的各级组织及干部团结了众多的非党群众积极分子进行了空前的巨大规模的群众宣传工作,初步改变了广大群众的思想面貌,从而推动了各项中心工作。党的宣传工作是有极大的成绩的。在这些宣传工作中,有几种宣传工具和宣传形式从实际经验中业已经明是完全符合余党对群众宣传的工作要求,各地应将它们有计划的加以推广,使党的宣传事业在农村中进一步向前发展,从而加强党同人民群众的联系。这些宣传工具和宣传方式是:(1)山歌
