11月28日至30日,全市县级党校体制升格工作现场会在德江县、思南县、印江县召开。会议认真总结了全市县级党校体制升格工作启动会以来的工作情况,认真分析形势,查找存在的问题,安排部署了当前和今后一段时期县级党校体制升格工作。会议期间,先后参观了德江县、思南县、印江县的先进做法。之后在印江县召开会议,会上这三个县分别作了经验交流发言,市委常委、市委组织部部长、市委党校校长皮贵怀同志参加会议并作重要讲话。皮贵怀强调,全市县级党校体制升格工作,是中央、省委、市委的工作部署,也是新形势
