由信号处理学会语音、图象、通信学组和中国声学学会语言听觉和音乐声学分科学会联合主办的第四届语音、图象、通讯信号处理学术会议,于1989年10月25-27日在北京邮电学院科技交流中心举行。此次会议正式代表有120多人,收到论文摘要151篇,经有关专家评审在大会宣读的有125篇。其中语言处理有58篇、图象处理35篇、通讯技术17篇、听觉11篇、音乐声学4篇。
The 4th Speech, Image and Communication Signal Processing Symposium co-sponsored by the Institute of Speech Processing, Image and Communication, and the Chinese Society of Speech, Music and Acoustics, Chinese Acoustics Society, October 25-27, 1989 Held in Beijing Science and Technology Exchange Center. More than 120 formal representatives of the conference received 151 abstracts, and 125 papers were read out by the experts for review. There are 58 language processing, 35 image processing, communication technology 17, hearing 11, music acoustic 4.
