目的 :探讨肥大细胞与上皮源性肿瘤的关系。方法 :采用甲苯胺蓝染色、图像分析仪测定方法对 80例鳞癌、乳头状瘤及正常上皮组织进行肥大细胞的定量分析。结果 :正常组织、良性肿瘤与恶性肿瘤的肥大细胞分布、平均分布密度、面积及周长均有显著差异。结论 :恶性肿瘤中肥大细胞在功能活动范围及活性方面 ,均大于正常组织和良性肿瘤。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between mast cells and epithelial tumors. Methods: Quantitative analysis of mast cells in 80 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, papilloma and normal epithelium was done by toluidine blue staining and image analyzer. Results: There were significant differences in the distribution of mast cells, the average distribution density, the area and the circumference of the normal tissue, benign tumors and malignant tumors. Conclusion: Mast cells in malignant tumors are more active and functional than normal tissues and benign tumors.
