目的分析综合康复护理在增值型糖尿病视网膜疾病患者护理中的临床应用效果。方法抽选2016年4月—2017年4月该院接收的增值型糖尿病视网膜疾病患者76例,以不同护理方法为标准分组:参照组38例给予常规护理,研究组38例给予综合康复护理,同时观察比对2组临床效果。结果研究组总有效率92.11%,比参照组78.95%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意率94.74%,明显高于参照组76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对增值型糖尿病视网膜疾病患者护理时,给予综合康复护理的临床疗效,明显优于常规护理,可在提升患者临床疗效的同时,改善其护理满意率,临床应用价值较高,可推荐。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy with added value. METHODS: Seventy-six patients with diabetic retinopathy were retrospectively selected from April 2016 to April 2017. The patients were divided into three groups according to different nursing methods: 38 cases in the reference group were given routine care, and 38 cases in the study group were given comprehensive rehabilitation care. At the same time observe the clinical effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate was 92.11% in the study group, which was significantly higher than 78.95% in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 94.74%, significantly higher than that in the reference group (76.32%, P <0.05) ). Conclusions The clinical curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for patients with diabetic retinopathy is obviously better than routine nursing care. It can improve the satisfaction rate of nursing care while improving the clinical curative effect of patients with diabetic retinopathy.
