一、前言我厂锻压分厂的室(双室)式加热炉是70年代初建成投产的。其炉衬:内层是348mm的粘土砖,外层是116mm的硅藻土砖;炉顶内层是232mm的粘土砖,外层是116mm的硅藻土砖。采用引射式烧嘴,烧混合发生煤气,其热值Q_H=5434~5852kJ/m~3。由于炉体结构和烧嘴都是50年代的水平,因此炉子升温慢,炉温偏低,炉内温差大,加热时间长,燃耗高。煤气热值偏低时,炉温
