目的:建立不同品种重楼属植物红外指纹图谱,为重楼药材的快速鉴别提供理论依据。方法:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FFIR)测定不同品种的重楼属植物,运用Nicolet Omnic Ver 8.2红外光谱处理软件对所获指纹图谱进行特征峰指认和二阶导数图谱对比分析。结果:不同品种重楼属植物的指纹图谱间有一定差异,二阶导数图谱比较差异较明显,可作为不同品种重楼属植物的鉴别特征。结论:红外指纹图谱法可快速鉴别不同品种重楼属植物,且操作简便、易行,对其他中药材的品种鉴定具有参考价值。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the infrared fingerprint of different species of Rhododendron, providing a theoretical basis for rapid identification of Rhizoma Paridis. Methods: Different species of Rhizoma Paridis were determined by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FFIR). Nicolet Omnic Ver 8.2 infrared spectral software was used to identify the characteristic peaks and compare the second derivative spectra of the fingerprints. Results: There were some differences in the fingerprints of different species of Rehmannia, and the difference of the second derivative spectra was more obvious, which could be used as the distinguishing feature of the species of Rehmannia. Conclusion: Infrared fingerprinting method can quickly identify different species of Reproductive plants, and is simple, easy to operate, and has reference value for the identification of other Chinese herbal medicines.
