随着高等职业教育的快速发展,高职毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻,因而职业生涯发展教育的重要性也日益凸显,部分高职院校已经将职业生涯发展教育纳入学校的教学体系。但在师资队伍、课程体系、学生重视程度等方面仍存在问题。为了提高职院校学生职业生涯发展教育课程的教学效果,提升学生的就业率和就业质量,本文主要针对高职院校职业生涯发展教育中存在的问题进行深入剖析。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, the employment situation of higher vocational graduates becomes more and more serious. Therefore, the importance of career development education is increasingly prominent. Some higher vocational colleges have incorporated the career development education into the school teaching system. However, there are still some problems in the teaching staff, the curriculum system and the degree of students’ attention. In order to improve the teaching effect of vocational college career education curriculum and improve the employment rate and quality of employment, this paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in career development education in higher vocational colleges.
