市场竞争日趋激烈,企业面临的最大挑战是如何适应外部环境的复杂变化来调整自身战略,整合自身资源,提升企业整体的竞争力。我国企业的内部控制还处于初级探索阶段,贸易企业的内部控制很不完善,迫切需要建立健全贸易企业的内部控制机制,提高企业的内控效率与效果,以提高企业的经济效益。
With the increasingly fierce market competition, the biggest challenge facing enterprises is how to adapt their own strategies to adapt to the complex changes of the external environment, integrate their own resources and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises. The internal control of enterprises in our country is still in the stage of primary exploration. The internal control of trade enterprises is imperfect. There is an urgent need to establish and improve the internal control mechanism of trade enterprises so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control of enterprises so as to enhance the economic benefits of enterprises.
