本文通过对地被菊组织培养苗出瓶移栽成活率进行多次试验性研究 ,结果表明 :地被菊组培苗在高寒地区进行移栽 ,其根系发生状况是提高组培苗移栽成活率的关键。其最适生根培养基为 1/ 2MS +6-BA0 .1mg/L (激素单位 ,下同 ) +NAA0 .1+糖 30 g/L +琼脂 5g/L。移栽成活率可达 87%以上。
