前言本试验利用夏剪掉的基生枝扦插育苗,当年成苗率高达99.5%,在某些方面优于硬枝扦插法、茎尖组织培养法及水插法。目前国内尚无黑穗醋栗绿枝扦插方面的报导。鉴于山楂、葡萄等绿枝扦插采用游雾设备的经验,不易普及;而采用在塑料棚内用简单浇水的方法生根率低,且浇水频繁。本试验采用一种改进的绿枝扦插环境,较好地解决了这一问题。
Preface The experiment using summer cut off the cuttings cuttings, when the seedling rate as high as 99.5%, in some ways better than the hardwood cutting method, shoot tip tissue culture and water plug method. At present there is no black currant green branch cuttings reported. In view of hawthorn, grapes and other green branches cuttings using foggy equipment experience, not easy to popularize; and in the plastic shed with a simple method of watering the rooting rate is low, and frequent watering. This experiment uses an improved green branch cutting environment, a better solution to this problem.
