对山东省游泳队18名队员的常规心电图、高频心电图、脉搏图等指标进行分析,研究了游泳运动员的常规心电图、高频心电图特点以及心率变异性、血液动力流变学特征。结果:游泳运动员常规心电图的异常率为28%。高频心电图时域分析平均值属正常范围,频域分析显示高频能量增加。定量负荷时心率变异性减小幅度显著降低(P<0.05)。血流动力学参数中心泵功能提高;舒张压、外周阻力、血液粘度显著降低(P<0.05)。提示游泳运动可显著改善心血管机能,但长期大强度游泳训练可导致心电活动异常发生率提高。
The routine electrocardiogram, high-frequency electrocardiogram, pulse graph and other indicators of 18 swimmers in Shandong Province were analyzed to study the characteristics of regular electrocardiogram, high-frequency electrocardiogram, heart rate variability and hemodynamic rheology of swimmers. Results: The abnormal rate of swimmer’s routine electrocardiogram was 28%. The average time-domain analysis of the high-frequency electrocardiogram is in the normal range, and frequency domain analysis shows that the high-frequency energy increases. The reduction in heart rate variability was significantly reduced at the time of quantitative loading (P<0.05). Hemodynamic parameters of central pump function increased; diastolic pressure, peripheral resistance, and blood viscosity decreased significantly (P<0.05). Tips swimming exercise can significantly improve cardiovascular function, but long-term high-intensity swimming training can lead to increased incidence of abnormal heart rate.
