自我国反垄断法颁布之后,反垄断行政执法的范围已经从最开始的白酒、液晶面板等行业深入到石油行业、通信行业和保险行业等,和居民之间的联系逐渐密切,但就实际的反垄断法执行和落实的状况而言,居民对于反垄断法的认识还存在诸多不足,导致行政执法效果降低,文章主要内容围绕居民对反垄断法及其行政执法完善的诉求分析展开,将北京海淀区作为实例分析,最后提出改善反垄断法执法效果的有效举措。
Since the promulgation of the Anti-Monopoly Law in our country, the scope of the anti-monopoly administrative law enforcement has been gradually deepened to the oil industry, communications industry and insurance industry from the liquor industry and the liquid crystal panel industry at the very beginning, and the contact with residents has been getting closer. However, In terms of implementation and enforcement of antitrust laws, there are still many deficiencies in residents ’understanding of the antitrust laws, resulting in a decrease in the effectiveness of administrative law enforcement. The main contents of the article center on residents’ demands for antitrust law and its administrative law enforcement improvement. Beijing, Haidian District as an example analysis, and finally put forward effective measures to improve the effectiveness of antitrust law enforcement.
