Zhejiang Provincial Local Records Office held a training course on studying and implementing Local Regulations on Local Records in Hangzhou from December 11 to December 13, 2006. The training course invited relevant leaders and experts and scholars from inside and outside Zhejiang province to make eight reports with extensive contents, various forms, enlightenment and guidance.
