我单位1张存有许多文件的3英寸万胜盘损坏,其中有1份文件需要马上打印上报。开始我以为仅仅是数据丢失之类的软故障,就用Norton Utilities 8.0中的NORTON DISK DOCTOR(磁盘医生,以下简称NDD)对其进行修复,结果提示该盘根目录不能被修复。由此怀疑该盘。道已被划伤,从而引起不可修复的物理损坏。逐先用HD-COPY 2.0a版对该盘进行校验,证明了我的判断,再用HD-COPY把该盘的内容复制到1张好的3英寸盘中,其中大部分文件得到恢复,只有2个文件的文件名是乱字符,文件长度有上百兆字节,这是拷贝损伤磁盘根目录时产生的错误数据引起的。用NDD对复制的新盘进行修复,显示:
