钢管内充填钢筋混凝土作中型滚筒或轴的技术,一般在没有合适的厚壁钢管且转速低的情况下采用。如我厂自己设计制造卷板机时,因没有符合设计要求的厚壁铜管,我们采用了在φ219×16的钢管内充填钢筋(12×φ30)混凝土(400号干硬性混凝土)的办法,获得了强度相当于φ219×32.8的厚壁钢管,从而较好地解决了问题。下面以我厂卷板机滚筒设计为例;就制作方法和截面计算作简要介绍。
The technique of filling steel tubes with reinforced concrete as a medium-sized roller or shaft is generally adopted when there is no suitable thick-walled steel tube and the rotation speed is low. If our factory designs and manufactures coiling machines, because there are no thick-walled copper pipes that meet the design requirements, we have adopted the method of filling rebar (12×φ30) concrete (#400 dry hard concrete) in a φ219×16 steel pipe. A thick-walled steel pipe with a strength equivalent to φ219×32.8 was obtained, which solved the problem better. In the following, the design of the coiler roller of our factory is taken as an example; the production method and section calculation are briefly introduced.
