本文根据当今中小学教育中出现的语文教师不专业的问题,从语文教师专业性的专业知识、专业能力、专业品质三个方面,思考语文教师专业性缺失的原因,并提出提高语文教师专业性的解决对策。语文教师在储备专业知识和提高专业能力的同时,应该重点关注“教什么”语文课程方面的创新。
According to the unprofessional problems of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary education today, this paper discusses the reasons why Chinese teachers lack of professional knowledge from three aspects: the professional knowledge, professional competence and professional quality of Chinese teachers, and proposes to improve the professionalism of Chinese teachers Solution to the problem.
