近日,陕西省住房和城乡建设厅下发通知,要求各地市建设、规划部门结合我省传统村落数量、各市分布情况、工作强度和编制难度,于年底前完成所有传统村落的保护发展规划编制工作。通知要求,各地建设行政主管部门要做好科学调查工作,建立中国传统村落档案,分析传统村落特征和保护价值,尽快组织完成调查建档和保护发展规划大纲编制。各地中国传统村落保护发展规划应于12月底前编制完成,2014年2月
