水利设施在其常年发展的过程中,出现了很多问题,这些问题一直都制约着当地水利经济的发展。本文主要站在经济学的视角上,找出当代水利经济发展过程中出现的主要问题,并试图提出解决这些问题的对策。
Water conservancy facilities in its perennial development process, there have been many problems that have been restricting the development of the local water conservancy economy. This article is mainly from the perspective of economics to find out the main problems in the development of contemporary water conservancy economy and trying to put forward the countermeasures to solve these problems.
