针对“如何提高组织间知识共享意愿”这一难题,借用费斯克的关系模式理论,构建产业集群组织间知识共享的关系模式。研究得出:产业集群组织间的知识共享存在公共共享、排序共享、平等共享以及交易共享4种模式。要在组织间建立起良好的知识共享关系,组织要从信任与沟通机制、利益激励机制以及制度惩罚机制这三方面着手,建立起“三位一体”的知识共享关系机制。
In view of the problem of how to improve the willingness of knowledge sharing between organizations, this paper uses the theory of the relational model of Fiske to construct a relational model of knowledge sharing among industrial clusters. The study shows that there are four modes of public sharing, sorting and sharing, equal sharing and transaction sharing in knowledge sharing among industrial clusters. To establish a good knowledge-sharing relationship among organizations, the organization should establish a knowledge sharing relationship mechanism of “Trinity” from three aspects: the trust and communication mechanism, the incentive mechanism of interest and the institutional punishment mechanism.
