对CCI4诱导的肝细胞损伤小鼠预先给予肝结散灌胃,观察其对肝脏病理学及小鼠外周血和肝组织匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)的影响,结果提示:肝结散对小鼠肝细胞损害有良好保护效应,可减少MDA含量,促进SOD、GSH活性。但对丙氨酸氨基转换酶(ALT)、胆红质无明显影响。肝结散作用效果与肝必复相当。
Liver afferent mice were pretreated with CCI4-induced hepatocyte injury to observe liver pathology, malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in mouse peripheral blood and liver homogenate. The effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) suggests that liver dispersal has a good protective effect on hepatocyte damage in mice, which can reduce the MDA content and promote the activity of SOD and GSH. However, there was no significant effect on alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or bilirubin. Liver dispersal effect and liver must be equal.
