草莓的组培快繁技术是加速引种、品种更新换代、迅速扩大良种面积的有效途径。但是组培苗是在营养充沛、恒温、恒湿条件下培育出来的,组织十分幼嫩,抗逆能力差。因此组堵苗苗圃管理技术要求较高,稍有疏忽就会导致大量死苗。针对假植技术中存在的成活率低的问题,探索假植的适宜条件,通过试验及采取相应的管理技术措施,摸索出一套行之有效的假植技术,使成活率提高到90%以上。
Strawberry tissue culture fast propagation technology is to accelerate the introduction, species upgrading, an effective way to rapidly expand the area. However, tissue culture seedlings are cultivated under conditions of abundant nutrition, constant temperature and constant humidity, the tissues are very young, and the resilience is poor. Therefore, blocking the nursery group nursery management skills higher, a little negligence will lead to a large number of dead seedlings. In order to solve the problem of low survival rate in fake planting technology, we explore appropriate conditions for fake planting, and through experiment and adopting appropriate management techniques and measures, we found a set of effective fake planting techniques to increase the survival rate to more than 90% .
