美国白蛾传入我国辽宁省东部地区之后,由于该虫的寄主范围广,繁殖力强,加之天敌作用暂时不力等因素,造成了害虫的猖獗和蔓延.美国白蛾除了通过飞翔进行自然扩散之外,其传播的主要途径是借助于交通工具.成虫、卵、幼虫和蛹均可能随运载工具传至远方.本文就美国白蛾的形态特征进行简要的描述,并对该虫的田间调查谈一点粗浅的看法.
