目的:探讨更年期妇女潮热与β-内啡肽(β-EP)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成激素(LH)的相关性。方法:采用病例对照方法,对58例更年期妇女(其中30例有潮热、28例无潮热)和25例育龄妇女,分别测定血浆β-EP、血清E2及LH的含量。结果:①更年期有潮热妇女与无潮热和育龄妇女比较,β-EP水平降低,LH水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),更年期有潮热与无潮热妇女血清E2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②E2与β-EP呈正相关(r=0.315,P<0.05),β-EP与LH呈负相关(r=-0.391,P<0.01),潮热程度与β-EP呈正相关(rs=0.518,P<0.01),与E2相关程度不显著(P>0.05)。结论:更年期妇女潮热症状与血循环中雌二醇下降、LH升高、β-EP浓度变化有关,潮热严重程度与血浆β-EP水平有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between hot flashes and β-EP, estradiol (E2) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in menopausal women. Methods: Fifty-eight cases of climacteric women (30 cases had hot flashes, 28 cases had no hot flashes) and 25 cases of women of childbearing age were enrolled in this study. The levels of plasma β-EP, serum E2 and LH were measured respectively. Results: (1) The women with hot flashes at menopause had lower levels of β-EP and LH than those without hot flashes and women of childbearing age, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The women with hot flashes and no hot flashes at menopause (P <0.05); ②E2 was positively correlated with β-EP (r = 0.315, P <0.05); β-EP was negatively correlated with LH (r = -0.391, P <0.01) The degree of hot flashes was positively correlated with β-EP (rs = 0.518, P <0.01), but not with E2 (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The symptoms of hot flashes in menopausal women are related to the decline of estradiol, LH, and the changes of β-EP in blood circulation. The severity of hot flashes is related to the level of plasma β-EP.
