近年来伴随着我国改革开放的逐步深入以及现代化建设进程的加快,我国的煤矿企业如何在当前经济高速发展的新形势下,发挥好工会的作用成为了煤矿企业亟待解决的问题。在构建和谐的劳动关系以及更好的促进煤矿企业科学健康的发展方面发挥着不可替代的重要作用。在新的历史时期,不断的深入学习和实践科学发展观对于煤矿企业建立起服务性、学习型的职工组织有着重要作用。
In recent years, along with the gradual deepening of China’s reform and opening up as well as the acceleration of the process of modernization, how to play a good role of trade unions under the new situation of rapid economic development has become an urgent issue for coal mine enterprises. It plays an irreplaceable important role in building a harmonious labor relation and better promoting the scientific and healthy development of coal mines. In the new historical period, continuous study and practice of the Scientific Outlook on Development plays an important role in establishing a service-oriented and learning-oriented staff organization in coal mining enterprises.
