煤矿巷道顶板离层属于岩体内部结构分离,监测顶板下沉量是矿压监测的重要内容.针对顶板下沉的问题,分析了下沉的规律,提出了一套利用等强度梁轴向弯曲的变形规律的方法,将离层的大位移量转化为传感器的小位移,推导出位移与波长变化关系,利用该关系设计了一种顶板离层仪.该仪器在实验室测试结果最大误差在1 mm;工业性试验证明仪器精确、实时采集数据,保障了人员的安全,避免了人为观测的读数误差,实测最大误差2 mm,精度达到0.1%.
