1.概况在通信和其它一些领域中,常常需要一些大电流输出控制器.特别是在通信中所使用的母钟控制器,64—4B(A)型双机头自动发报机的报时器以及其它时间输出设备中显得特别重要.以前,我局使用的报时器都是采用的机械继电器等接点式的输出电路.由于输出电流大(一般在1.5A以上),接点经常烧黑损坏,造成报时不准确以至无法工作,在一定程度上影响了电报通信质量的提高.根据这种情况,我们设计制作了一部报时输出器,它的最大特点是;采用可控硅直流开关,带负荷能力强(该机输出电流可达4A)适当选择SCR以及其它参数,还可增加负载能力,解决了一般常用报时器所采用的机械继电器等的缺点.该设备装试调整完毕后,一般不需要维护,根据我局使用二年多的情况来看,运转正常,达到了预期的效果,并且电路简单,经济实用,也可改作为其它母钟输出控制设备.
