提出了基于集对分析的多目标决策方法,通过对决策方案集的同一对立描述,得到不确定意义下的联系数决策矩阵,通过基于可能势的联系数的排序方法对方案集进行决策优选,并利用联系数中的差异度信息对决策结果进行稳定性分析,获得最终满意的决策结果.最后用该决策方法对三峡多目标洪水调度问题进行决策分析表明,决策结果可以为三峡水库汛期的安全经济运行提供科学的决策依据.
A multi-objective decision-making method based on set-pair analysis is proposed. Through the same antithesis description of the decision-making scheme set, the decision matrix of the connection number under uncertainty is obtained. Based on the ranking method based on the potential number, And makes use of the information of the difference in the number of connections to analyze the stability of the decision-making results to obtain the final satisfactory decision-making results.Finally, the decision-making analysis of the Three Gorges multi-objective flood control using the decision-making method shows that the decision-making results can be used for the flood season safety of the Three Gorges Reservoir Economic operation to provide a scientific basis for decision-making.
