定量评判临床征候的诊断价值，是计量诊断的一个重要内容。本文结出了一种评判临床征候诊断价值的新方法，并与目前被认为是灵敏度较高的方法——信息评判法作了比较。理论分析和实例验证表明，新法优于信息法，值得今后进一步推广应用。
Quantitative evaluation of the clinical diagnosis of diagnostic value is an important part of diagnostic measurement. This article concludes with a new method for assessing the diagnostic value of clinical signs and compares it with what is currently considered to be the more sensitive method of information evaluation. Theoretical analysis and case verification show that the new method is superior to the information method and is worth further promotion and application in the future.
