秦山第二核电厂2台机组某次大修卸料期间,在燃料厂房乏燃料水池内转运燃料组件时,现场剂量偏高。通过燃料组件破损检查分析及活化腐蚀产物检测、燃料组件上方水屏蔽层厚度计算和水屏蔽能力测量、乏燃料水池部分区域辐射屏蔽能力检测等方面分析,找出了引起现场剂量偏高的原因:在机组大修卸料期间,装载井的水被排到燃料转运舱中,以符合卸料必备条件,由于失去了装载井中水的屏蔽作用,致使乏燃料水池靠近装载井区域屏蔽较弱,当燃料组件在此区域移动时,引起现场剂量偏高。针对此原因,采取了相应的处置措施,避免了这种现象的再次发生。
During the overhaul of two units of Qinshan No.2 nuclear power plant, the fuel components in the spent fuel pool of the fuel plant were transfused with high on-site dosage. Through the fuel assembly damage inspection and analysis of activated corrosion products, the fuel assembly above the water shield thickness calculation and water screening capability, partial spent fuel pool radiation shielding capacity analysis and other aspects of the field to find the cause of the high dose: During the overhaul of the unit, the water in the loading well is discharged into the fuel transfer tank to meet the unloading prerequisites. Since the shielding effect of the water in the loading well is lost, the shield of the spent fuel pool near the loading well is weak. When Fuel assemblies moving in this area cause high field doses. For this reason, take appropriate measures to avoid the recurrence of this phenomenon.
