报道一种快速人重组IL-8纯化方法，大肠杆菌表达的IL-8包涵体经尿素变性后，直接用DEAE柱和SephadexG50柱纯化。纯化的hIL-8经FPLC鉴定，纯度达90%以上。该法为实验室快速、简便纯hIL-8提供了新的技术路线。
A rapid human recombinant IL-8 purification method was reported. The E. coli-expressed IL-8 inclusion bodies were denatured by urea and purified directly on DEAE and Sephadex G50 columns. Purified hIL-8 identified by FPLC, purity of 90% or more. This method provides a new technological route to laboratory-fast, easy-to-use pure hIL-8.
