我省大部分坡岗地经常发生洪涝灾害,影响作物产量和机械作业,造成水土流失。由于没有工程或防护工程不到位,往往一场大雨形成坡水下山,将坡岗地能冲出2~3m深的大深沟,造成严重环境破坏。为此,如何使坡水安全下山,是坡岗地综合治理和水土保持的技术要点与难点。在坡岗地上,采取了一种“二沟二堤夹一槽” 的工程模式(如图)。实践证明
