Aiming at the overtemperature coupling failure of Bell 206B Ⅲ helicopter, the main cause of overtemperature and the preventive measures are put forward by analyzing the structure and failure of the coupling. Helicopter coupling is a power transmission connecting the engine torque output shaft and the final drive. The engine torque output shaft outputs torque to the final drive through the coupling and drive shaft.
